§ 01 — The brief

What was needed

Four comparison verticals ran as separate WordPress sites, so every fix had to be made four times. I led the frontend migration to a single Vue single-page app under one domain.

§ 02 — The approach

What I did

  1. 01

    Rebuild as an SPA

The frontend moved from WordPress to a component-based Vue app.

  2. 02

    Consolidate

Each vertical moved under the main domain, reusing shared components instead of per-site copies.

  3. 03

    Template system

Article templates the content team could publish without a developer — and reuse for A/B tests.

  4. 04

    Protect SEO

Structure and metadata kept aligned with the content team through the migration.

§ 04 — Results

What changed

  • Four sites consolidated into one platform and one codebase.
  • Faster delivery across all verticals through shared components.
  • The foundation for the A/B testing program that followed.
